By using different mounting holes on the curved bit, t he handlebar adjusts over a modest arc, giving a small range of reach adjustment. Most of the adjustability (this is a semi-production bike, after all, to fit other people than 6'5” Jeff) comes from sliding the seat clamp and changing the lean of the seat back.

The wheels are 349-16 Primo Comets, and they have disk covers made of black polypropylene sheet from IASCO.
