The big upper tie rod end can be moved in and out to adjust toe in. The smaller rod end below it will adjust camber.
A sidecar rig is stable when you can get a bunch of unbalanced forces to cancel each other out.
I'm writing this after the sidecar has been delivered. It turned out that my initial settings [1.5 degrees of bike leanout, 2 degrees of camber, and 3/16" of toe in] were good and the bike rode straight, no hands, on the 1st try. Mark
