The painting was nicely done by Terry's usual painter Butch, who happens to be a relative, though it didn't show to best advantage in florescent lighting. Click Here for a daylight shot.

They used a top pull front derailleur so they could use a slick little cable stop on top of the derailleur tube. Cleaner than running a cable down, around a pulley and back up.
