This little boy is called Hugo. He's 7 years old and warming up to do the Bordeaux racetrack 500 meters.
He is on a proto made by the belgian Tim Biesemans like the other boy on the alu colored bent doing a bent stop
(on frontwheel only) already on your site. I took the picture in front of my house.
