Ray Allison brought his latest homebuilt, a conversion of a Rhino freestyle bike that he built as a relatively quick and dirty SWB experiment (though as usual Ray's workmanship didn't look quick and dirty at all!).

The frame is mostly as is, except for a two tube pedal boom off the front and the addition of new seat and bars for a recumbent position. He also added two chainline idlers to get the chain run above the front fork crown. He started with idlers from a rear derailleur, but finds that a pair of inline skate wheels with chain grooves cut into them on a lathe run much quieter (and have better bearings than most derailleur pulleys?). Ray added chain retainer tabs above each idler after the chain showed a tendency to jump off on bumps.
