I don't remember taking this photo or seeing this bike.

Tim didn't mention it in his notes.

Appears to be Breezer style track dropouts, a flip-flop single speed hub, a BMX chain tensioner and a quick release axle. Items you would not expect to see in the same place.

If I had to guess, I'd say Dave Gray was probably involved.
